Shelving Components

 

This piece presented a problem for a large production shop because of the rounded top corner and the groove in the lower right side.  Traditional tools and jigs were proving too time consuming; consistency and edge finish were also a concern on the finished piece.  

 

Once we had the computer files completed; we were cutting this piece accurately in under 30 seconds on our CNC machinery.  Edge finish was far superior to traditional methods and the customer now can offer a better product than before, still at a competitive price, keeping them entrenched in the marketplace.  After cutting, these pieces are edge banded and packed for shipping.

 

Parts can be made on your choice of wood; laminate, melamine etc... and cut to your design.  If you don't have the design files, we can assist you in planning and perfecting the right piece for your project.

We also have the capability to drill the 5mm (or any standard size) hole  patterns in as many pieces as you need!
